Ingredients
Method
- Put the water and ground coffee in your InstaPot; stir them together. You can use regular or decaf, whichever you prefer.
- Following the safety instructions that came with your electric pressure cooker, set your pot to default - high pressure and set the timer to five minutes
- After the timer alerts you, release the pressure from the cooker and remove its lid. (BTW, your kitchen smells amazing by now)
- I use a classic pour over coffee pot to filter my Iced Coffee concentrate. But if you do not have one handy, carefully strain the grounds using a small colander, basket coffee filter, and filter into a pitcher.
- When you make iced coffee, you will pour the concentrate you just made with water over ice, in a 1:4 ratio (one part of the concentrate to four parts of cold water).
Notes
You can change this up and have a lot of fun with this very easy to follow recipe! The only limit is your imagination! Think of fun, seasonal flavors to add to the line-up, and you can craft unique iced coffee creations all year long.
