Put the water and ground coffee in your InstaPot; stir them together. You can use regular or decaf, whichever you prefer.

Following the safety instructions that came with your electric pressure cooker, set your pot to default - high pressure and set the timer to five minutes

After the timer alerts you, release the pressure from the cooker and remove its lid. (BTW, your kitchen smells amazing by now)

I use a classic pour over coffee pot to filter my Iced Coffee concentrate. But if you do not have one handy, carefully strain the grounds using a small colander, basket coffee filter, and filter into a pitcher.

When you make iced coffee, you will pour the concentrate you just made with water over ice, in a 1:4 ratio (one part of the concentrate to four parts of cold water).
