As you all know, I have been on Weight Watchers since December 27th. I’ve been looking for ways to become more active while I’m indoors for the winter. I was recently approached by a blogger named Kat with an infographic on burning calories as you clean the house. I loved it and wanted to share this great info on how to turn housecleaning into a calorie shredding workout.
